Details

Caught out and about tending to errands or otherwise, you find yourself out of place as a storm hits. The rain pounding against the rocky pathway and thunder and lightning suddenly crashing against the rooftops and trees. It’s too stormy to fly or travel much farther without risking getting lost in the storm so many would think that finding cover would be wise… and yet?
You catch a glimpse, out in the storm seemingly enjoying the downpour of water is a kyvalorian moving and dancing with the rolling waves of rain. The storm dancing and striking around them, and then you hear it… a song. 

Sweet and melodic yet so powerful and heart-wrenching, the tune seems to compliment the storm as if the musician knew when every strike of lightning and every boom of thunder would fall. Its somehow entracing and without thinking you feel like your feet want to move further into the storm instead of away…

 

Draw or write about your character being called by the bard in the storm. Do they follow the pull of the song? Or do they simply watch the musician and their display of power?

Among the streets of cities and towns as the days grow shorter and the evenings colder, the bakken come out to play. Their hunt for various trinkets and tasty treats has some Kyvalorians on high alert. Precious shards or baked goods for loved ones, even jewelry and collectable trinkets can all go missing in the blink of an eye.

 

Draw or write about your character encountering such an occurrence! Is the bakken stealing from them? A friend or passerby? How do they handle it? Do they try to stop the bakken or catch it?

This quest can be completed once per character.

A letter arrived for you this morning!

‘Dear Adventurer,
It has been brought to my attention that you might be the perfect candidate to help me research a new pet found among the autumn leaves! It seems this season has brought out more then just Bakken, so researching these new species is top priority to make sure they aren't any danger in the shift in mana, nor anything that might disrupt the local food chains. If you’re up for the task, meet me at the abandoned lighthouse, commonly called the leafall lookout. I think this location would be the perfect location to begin searching for these elusive critters!
