Deep in the heart of Fayewood stands an immense tree, stretching towards the sky, branches twinkling with mana lights and tinkling with windchimes. Like its neighbors, it is lush and green, with a trunk so thick it would take three or four avilli stretching their wings to the fullest to encircle it. This tree, however, is markedly different in that its immense branches house a series of platforms and walls that, as a whole, make up the home of the potioneer Astor. No two "rooms" are quite alike, and many are simply platforms with handy shelves, perfect for sunbathing, while others have carefully constructed roofs to keep off the rain. Given the eclectic appearance of their home, Astor's visitors are not convinced that the rooms do not change every time they visit the tree. The one constant visitors can count on is the scent of brewing potions. There are herbs strung up everywhere in various states of freshness, from green leaves picked that morning to herbs that are brittle and dry after months of preservation, and the air around the tree is filled with their scent blended with honey, rainwater, and other ingredients that Astor uses to make their potions.
Like their home, Astor is cheerful and somewhat chaotic. They never look quite the same, although if pressed, visitors cannot seem to name the changes, aside from the obvious outfits; Astor is never seen in the (exact) same outfit twice, and they enjoy helping other kyvalorians with their fashion choices as much as they enjoy brewing potions! They're a bit oblivious when it comes to social cues, but their visitors know that they mean well, even when Astor asks if they're sure that that hat goes with that shawl for the third time that week. It's easy to get them off on a tangent, though; just ask them about their latest potion experiments! They'll be happy to rattle off facts and figures regarding their latest trials, and by the time they're done, they'll have exhausted themself enough to need a nap in one of the handy hammocks strung throughout the tree...
