Durna was never particularly interested in politics or politeness. She left her hometown just to get away from the constant knowtowing and power grabs. While her current home in Vitrun is argueably just as bad, she, with her talents and occupation is insulated from the worst of it, and it allows her a comfortable and enjoyable living. She is a blacksmith and artist, making mainly decorative pieces themed around nature and flowing lines. Her products are high end, if niche.
