Strange winged creatures that live in abundance in Lanris Grove. Due to their intelligence and their remarkable sense of direction, Aierbis are commonly kept as pets for the use of sending messages across great lengths. They very much welcomed a domesticated lifestyle as long as they are given food and a comfy place to rest, and can be trained to complete most small tasks.

Avaor are small timid critters that only emerge in the autumn. Born from the mana of the first rain on a pile of leaves, Avaor can be found anywhere in Kyvalore if you know when and where to look! Their shy quality makes them a hard to find pet as anything that frightens them from loud noise to even just the wrong smell causes them to quickly hide amonst the colors of fall. Finding and taming a avaor is definitely seen as something worthy of bragging due to this!

Ayserai are stunning creatures that live in the oceans of Kyvalore. Their fins like leaves in the wind flow and move with the waves of the water. They can commonly be found along shores during markets or following along sailing ships as they are attracted to the concentrated mana of Kyvalorians.

Bakkens are curious little creatures with an affinity for hiding and sneaking about for treats and goodies. They are somehow currently only sighted in the autumn season in Kyvalore for reasons that researchers can't quite explain. They love a diet of fresh harvest veggies and fruits with a small amount of fresh baked goods. It is rumored that the first bakken appeared due to an exceptionally well baked pumpkin pie.

A six legged critter that loves the colors and smells of spring. Born from the roots of flowering feilds, bokiri frolic in litle pods of their own kind drinking pollen from flowers and snacking on the sweetest petals.

Strictly living in the canyons of the broken spires, Delgu live their long lives sleepin and eating whatever shrubbery they can get ahold of. Delgu travel in herds of 8 to 10 with a dire Delgu leading the herd. They can scale the rocky spires with ease and blend in seamlessly with their rocky surroundings.

Hard to spot and hard to catch, these long-bodied sneaky cat-like creatures can turn to shadow and fog to move from one location to the next. Fellkei are known for their mischievous ways and mysterious qualities that render them incredible valuable to the right person. Found primarily in Ardglass and the Letan Ruins to the north of the city, Fellkei travel the streets stealing easy scraps of food and finding  shadowy crooks and crannies in the old ruined buildings for long naps. Truly taming a Fellkei has never been considered to be possible. Only winning a fellkei's favor and maintaining that good fortune will hold their interest.

Florennecs are small fox-like critters that truly thrive among the floating islands of Lynorre. Due the abundance of mana flowing from the Life Tree and therefore the very earth of Lynorre, the flower feilds that engulf the islands are provided with enough mana to not only grow in abundance, but produce life on their own. When a flower absorbs too much mana, a florennec will emerge when the flower opens. Florennec's tend to stay happily among the flower feilds they were born in forming small packs, called a boquet, and can even become territorial of their birthplace. Due to the wide variety of flowers on Lynorre, florennecs come in a large assortment of colors and aromas, some are even sought after purely for their appealing scent.

Gribbles are small amphibian creatures, with large enough mouths to swallow small fish whole. They can inflate their neck pouch to large sizes, and use it as buoyancy to float around in large bodies of water. Gribbles commonly sleep in pods this way, bobbing along with the waters current. Gribbles are found in numerous amounts all across Kyvalore. They come in a large variety of colors, and some more rare gribbles are only known to inhabit specific locations as they have adapted well to that enviroment.

Large family groups of the humble Humble can be heard floating around anywhere in Kyvalore where flowers bloom. The cloudy fluff on their body expands and contracts with every breath, making them drift up and down. This effect also produces sweet humming tones which have inspired generations of Kyvalore's musicians.

Kipin are flightless, feathered birds with large beaks, strong enough to snap through small bones. While they cannot mimic voices, they can imitate sounds such as water droplets and the sounds of breaking twigs with unparalleled accuracy.
Loud, and intelligent birds, they easily can understand directions, though getting them to follow these directions is another question. They might be able to be tempted to listen with something sweet though.

A small lizard who finds the strongest comfort in the hot landscape of hellmouth. They swim through the lava pools and love to bask in boiling pools of water. While a common pet in Keldeep, they are rarely found outside of Hellmouth as pets due to their ability to catch things on fire and melt them. When they get excited, their saliva boils and when upset, they can spit small magma balls at any who they deem unworthy.

Lulari are noble, rare birds only found deep within the Aetherin Forest. While deep within the first they are incredibly hard to find, due to the nature of their leaf-life feathers and their ability to camouflage easily among the perpetual autumn of the woods.
Seeing a Lulari in the wild is said to bring good luck and fortune to your day, though capturing one against it’s will is rumored to bring curses and ill-will your way.

They are quick to flee, and hesitant to trust, but are naturally drawn to kind souls and once trust is earned, the friendship of a lulari is like an unbreakable bond.

Small rodents found only during the wintertime as they emerge from their hiding holes in the shrouded mountains in the coldest season in order to find food. Strangely these critters seem to hibernate the rest of the year.

Raised as livestock in Everdenn, Nimbew are highly valued and sought after for their abundant wool production and even for raising for more carnivorous voxibells. Despite being considered more 'domesticated' then other pets, Nimbew are known for their nasty attitude and eagerness to charge at anything that even remotely upsets them. Due to their wool and the weight it carries in the rain, it is a sight to see a herd of Nimbew angry at the weather.

Pinehogs are small spiney bipedal round critters that wander around the Umbra Woods. They are a rare creature that can sometimes be born from trees when they have an abundance of mana to produce life, thus resulting in so many types of pinehogs, such as birch, oak and willow. They live off of seeds and small insects in the wild, but when taken in as a pet, they always only want whatever their owner is eating and remain a loyal companion.

Aquatic critters that only emerge from the ocean in the summer!
They are able to breathe on both land and water, though prefer the deep depths of the ocean most of the year. They have long turtle like flippers and an long tail that make them one of the fastest swimmers around. While normally having a sweet disposition so getting bit is a rare occurane, their saliva has toxic properties so getting bit by one can be deadly.

The most stubborn of critters imaginable. Somehow, found in mild abundance surviving on the wastelands of the Grave Isles. They have made their shelled homes from collected debri and ruin of the Isle and forged it into a protective unbreakable shell. They are quick to anger, and quick to defend, but at such a small size.. There isn’t truly much they can do.

Sand Skitter

Skitters swim through the Whispering Sands as though it was water. Diving with ease in and out they happily glide along, and filter through the sand for small insects to eat. Because of their ease at desert travel, they are commonly used in small packs to pull carriages and carts across the desert. When not being used to pull cats, they can be found swimming in the sand in pods, or laying on the surface of the sand basking in the hot sun.

The skies in Reim are lit up with more then just stars at night. Among the cities towers and buildings and the surrounding area Spessa can be found floating along the night wind. These ribbon-like creatures float easily in the air and have small glowing spots along the edges of their fins. However as beautiful as they look, they arent the pet for every Kyvalorian. Their hard to train nature tends to be the least of anyone's concerns with paralytic venom and shedding of light that can really sting!
